Refund and Returns Policy

At Mayur Pankhi, a unit of Chitra Veethi, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event of a damaged product received during shipping, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and images of the damaged item.

2. Return Process

Once we have confirmed the eligibility of your return, please securely pack and ship the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
For international orders, the cost of shipping the item back to us must be borne by the user.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method once we have confirmed the return.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds are not applicable for any items other than those damaged during shipping.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
